2016 International Female Ride Day Photo Contest Winner

Congratulations to the women riders of Elora Ontario Canada who won the 2016 International Female Ride Day photo contest! Their submission, capturing the fun-filled feeling of the JUST RIDE day theme, all in red for Canada received the highest number of votes. They won the most votes on the International Female Ride Day© Facebook page “Just Ride” contest with a total of 1793 votes!

Their image titled “2016 IFRD Canada ROCKS!!!!” was submitted by Jackie McGowan on behalf of the group. The women have decided the prize, a lovely REV’IT! jacket will become a raffle prize to one lucky winner while raising money for charity of their choice.

Thousands of Women Shared Photos for The Tenth Edition of International Female Ride Day

The runners-up (not including the selfie contest winner) were the photo collage of women riders from Cairo, Egypt shown below. The third place was taken by the ladies from Ireland. Their photo titled “Tattoos & TuTus braved the harsh rain in Ireland again this year to gather for the IFRD 2016.  Not a fair weather biker in sight, Irish. English, Scottish & German sisters united”
