The jeans come in three skinny-leg styles; in different waist cuts.
The claim from Wrangler is a “collection of great fitting jeans infused with cosmetic ingredients that will offer treatments for your legs as you wear them, keeping them silky smooth throughout the day.”
The “smooth legs” variety, which has a special formula of algae extracts, retinal and caffeine, makes the boldest claim of the three it helps reduce cellulite. And at least one study at the Institute Adriant in France claims to back it up. A consumer trial found that 69 percent of the woman who tested the product claimed the appearance of their thighs improved after four weeks of wearing the jeans for eight hours a day, five days a week, the newspaper said.
These magic jeans don’t maintain their superpowers forever. The infusion of the ingredients last up to 15 days, but a reload spray which is purchased separately can be applied to the jeans after each wash.
It seems the Spa Jean may only be available in Europe now. A great idea worth waiting for.
