Last Update: 5 March 2026

The official International Female Ride Day 2026 logo is here — and it marks a major moment: the 20th edition of IFRD. Since 2007, women riders across the world have used this one day — held each year on the first Saturday in May — to show up, be seen, and ride in solidarity.
This anniversary year is about more than a number. It reflects two decades of real progress: more women riding, leading, learning, competing, travelling, commuting — and being recognised as a visible, vital part of motorcycling everywhere. The International Female Ride Day® (IFRD) 2026 logo honours that legacy while pointing forward, capturing the momentum still building.
IFRD 2026 Date
Saturday, 2 May 2026 (the first Saturday in May).
Why The IFRD 2026 Logo Matters
For twenty years, IFRD has done something simple — and powerful: it has made women riders visible. It’s more than a date on the calendar; it’s a statement that women ride, women belong, and women are part of the present and future of motorcycling, motorsports, and powersports.
IFRD’s impact didn’t happen by accident. It happened because women kept showing up — again and again —riding publicly and bringing new riders into the fold. They shared skills, led rides, trained, raced, toured, and commuted, until the culture had no choice but to make room.
What The IFRD Logo Represents
The IFRD logo was created in 2007 to be timeless and recognisable — and it has been intentionally kept largely consistent over the years. The design symbolises global reach (the Earth), and the open-face helmet highlights a woman’s face looking forward — always scanning the horizon.
“For twenty years, this iconic IFRD image has stood for visibility, unity, and action. It represents women riders being seen across the world on one shared day. The 20th edition logo honours not just the years — but the millions of kilometres, first rides, breakthroughs, and bold moments that built this global movement.”
For 2026, the logo update acknowledges the 20-year milestone — a clear visual cue that this is a commemorative year, built on two decades of collective action.
