Motorcycle racing has changed thanks to Spanish rider Ana Carrasco who took the World Championship title by a single point over countryman Mika Perez. Ana Carrasco has become the first female rider to win a motorbike world championship!
During this season’s race eight of nine, this past September she set a new personal best on her Moto Honda at Donington Park Racing Circuit. With this return to her local track, Lara was determined to make the eighth race.
Spanish teenager Ana Carrasco confirmed as the first Moto3 Female Rider to enter the Moto3 World Championship motorcycle racing class. Currently, aged just 15 years of age, she’ll compete for Jaime Fernández Avilés’ Madrid-based JHK Laglisse team in the class for 2013.
